Refund policy

We want every stay to feel easy — and that includes returns. If your product isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help.

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of shipping.

Because our products are personal-use items, opened or used items are final sale.

Products will be refunded in their original form of payment 7 to 10 days after receipt of return.  A nominal $9.99 return shipping cost will be deduced from the final refund amount.
