Refund policy

We want every stay to feel easy — and that includes returns. If your kit isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help.

Unopened, fully sealed kits can be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of shipping.

Because our kits include personal-use items, opened or used kits are final sale.

If you choose to send a kit back, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once it’s received and inspected.
